Hon Craig Knowles

Investec Bank (Australia) Limited

“Martin's survey of our clients was first class. He was able to take a complex topic, with which he was not familiar, and distil a wide range of views into a thoughtful, coherent and well organised analysis.”

Peter Mansfield

Head of Project & Infrastructure Finance, Investec Bank (Australia) Limited

“Martin was able to use his research expertise to provide us with valuable insights into the needs of clients and financial advisers. The report provided us with clear outcomes and recommendations that we will incorporate into our project.”

Lisa Bremner

Head of Dealership Marketing, Colonial First State

“Colonial First State commissioned Martin Le Grice to undertake qualitative research with financial advisers and key internal stakeholders. Martin was responsive to our research needs, adhered to tight timelines, and delivered quality reports and presentations. All aspects of the research were undertaken with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity. Martin engaged well with senior managers across our business and his insights have provided valuable input to our direction.”

Iain Middlemiss

Senior Manager Marketing Research, Colonial First State

“Services provided by Le Grice Research have been of consistent high quality and clearly demonstrated an understanding of key issues for the department, particulary in the area of out-of-home care, which have assisted in identifying community attitudes regarding concepts of foster care to inform the development of communication strategies and campaign content to recruit foster carers.
Concepts and sensitivities were grasped quickly and supporting documentation in the form of data reports and analysis were presented in a clear and meaningful format which were well structured and without error.
DoCS has engaged the services of Le Grice Research on several occassions and would happily do so again for future research projects.”

Lee Webster

Senior Communications Officer, Community Education, DOCS

“The research Martin has undertaken for us has always delivered "actionable insights" that have allowed us to take a clear next step in our advertising planning or execution. That to me is the best measure of a very good qualitative researcher.”

Brent Annells

Group Account Director, Cummins and Partners

“...and I do mean strategic business partner and not supplier. Martin has consistently demonstrated an ability to evaluate creative concepts in such a way that we have a clear road map against which to refine our approach; he brings insight and clarity to both the strategic and creative process - a skill which we have found hard to come by among a plethora of "reputable" research agencies.”

Jonathan Lum

Strategy Group Head, George Patterson Y&R

“Martin was able to capture our requirements and deliver a set of findings that have significantly contributed to our core business strategy.”

Liz Krnjak
